Rules

- League fee must be paid in full by the 3rd week, if its not paid in full by the 3rd week a late fee will be charged and if it isn't paid in full by the 4th game your team will not play in week 5 and will not play until the full fee is paid.
Any team that forfeits a game must pay a $90 forfeit fee prior to their next game or they will be out of league. If any team forfeits two games in one season they are automatically out of league. If that team wants to return to the next league the $90 forfeit fee must be paid up front before the season starts.
Once the schedule is made for that week and you decide to call and say you cannot play it will be considered a forfeit even if you called before that game. It doesn't matter if you called 3 days or 1 hour before your game. You have an obligation to make all of your games and we appreciate you giving us a call to inform us, which is the right thing to do but once the schedule is complete it is your obligation to make that game.
If you ever need a special day or time to play other then your normal days and times that you have given us you must inform us no later then Wednesday, this way we can accommodate your team, you must let your players know this so they can inform you of their schedule changes.
All shirts must be worn during games or there will be a fine of $5.00 that will be paid at halftime with ref fees. For example ref fees are $60, 2 players with different shirts ($70) will be paid. $5 fee for each illegal shirt.
If you get ejected from a game, you must sit out the following game.
You are permitted to use 2 timeouts per half and they do not carry over if you don't use them. Example: you call 1 timeout in the 1st half you do not get 3 in the 2nd half. You start the 2nd half with 2. If there is an overtime game you will have just 1 timeout no matter how many you had in regulation.
If a player commits his 6th foul he is disqualified, under no circumstance is he allowed to enter back into the game. No questions asked.
The clock stops on every whistle with 0:30 seconds left in the first half of the game.   In the second half of the game the clock will stop with 1:30 left on the game clock.
If the ball bounces or is rolling on the top of the backboard the ball is in play, if it hits the other 3 sides its also in play.
If the ball goes over the backboard it's out of play. It could bounce on top of the backboard which is good, then go over the backboard which is out of play.
You are permitted to have 6 personal fouls (that does not count as an ejection).  If you receive a technical foul it will be counted as a personal foul and a team foul.
You are permitted to 7 team fouls before the opposing team shoots 1-1, that means if he makes the 1st shot he will be awarded a 2nd shot.I f he misses the 1st shot the ball will be in play.
On a foul shot the players in the lane can enter the paint area on the ball being out of the shooters hand, all other players cannot enter the paint area until the ball hits the rim
Only players/coaches submitted on roster form may sit on the bench.
Regarding a 2 game week, if your team is playing twice in one week the shirt rule is not in effect, meaning if your shirt is not clean for your second game that week just wear a white or black shirt depending if your home or away. There will be no techs.
No players can be added after the 4th regular season game.
Any team that is late for their games forfeits their time outs in the first half , there will be a technical foul accessed for being late and there will be no jump ball , the other team will take possession of the ball to start the game.
After 15 minutes the game is a forfeit.

All coaches are responsible for placing their players on the roster, if a players name isn't on the roster he isn't allowed to play in the playoffs. Also he has to participate in 5 regular season games in order to be eligible for the playoffs.

In order to be eligible for the playoffs you must have played regular season games. Only exceptions are for rostered players who were injured with commissioner approval.

Any additions or subtractions from your original roster must be submitter to the league commissioners for approval.
